Have you already received the order? Do you need help with a return or did any problem occur?
If you received something damaged, if a piece is missing, or if you simply want to return a product, you have 14 consecutive days after delivery to notify us.
Follow these steps:
1. Log into your account and go to the My Orders section.
2. Choose the order in question and click View Order.
3. Then, select Report a problem or return product.
4. Fill out the form and choose the applicable option:
– The product arrived damaged
– It is incomplete
– Received something wrong
– Did not meet expectations
Attach photos of the product, the box, and the label. If a pickup is needed, let us know when it suits you best. The more details, the faster we handle everything.
Our after-sales support will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Pickups: The product must be disassembled, inside the original packaging, and with internal protections.
3-year warranty
All Budwing products come with a 3-year warranty, starting from the delivery date. If you have any problem, tell us what's going on. We're here to help.
