How do I know which is the right side of the chaise longue?
The side of the chaise longue is always defined as if you were looking at the sofa from the front (and not sitting).
For example, if it says "Right Chaise Longue", it means that when you look at the sofa from the front, the longer part (the chaise) is on the right side. If it says "Left", it's on the left side.
Most of our models are reversible, meaning you can assemble the chaise on whichever side you want. This information always appears in the product description. If you still have doubts, talk to us before buying — we're here to help.
Is the assembly service included?
No. Assembly is not included in the base price of the product, but you can add it at checkout or directly on the product page for +50 €, in the case of sofas, and +40€ in the case of sommiers, for example. Our team delivers and assembles the product in the room you choose.
Do the products include assembly instructions?
Yes, all Budwing products come with simple and direct instructions. If you need help, talk to us on WhatsApp or chat — we give you step-by-step support.
Can I see the fabrics or finishes before buying?
We don't have a physical store, but we can show you more photos and detail videos. Also, we send fabric samples by mail so you can feel and see the texture live, in your space and with your light. We want you to choose with confidence — just ask.
Are the products easy to clean?
Most of our fabrics are durable and designed for daily use. Many models have stain-resistant treatment. If you are looking for something easy to maintain (for pets, children, or short-term rentals, for example), tell us — we will help you choose.
Can I customize a product?
At the moment, we do not offer custom size or fabric options, but we have several choices that fit different spaces. If you need something specific, tell us — we will be happy to find a good alternative for you.
Do the products have a warranty?
All Budwing products come with a 2-year warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes repair or replacement of the affected parts, at no cost to you.
To activate the warranty, you need to send us:
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product name and reference (SKU, if possible)
• Clear description of the defect
• Clear photos of the affected area and the complete product
Without this information, we cannot validate the request nor guarantee the application of the warranty.
What is not included in the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or outside the instructions
• Improper or different use than recommended by Budwing
• Transport without the original packaging
• Damage caused by animals, cuts, scratches, burns, or contact with chemicals (such as paints, ammonia, hairdressing products, etc.)
• Use of cleaning products not suitable for the product's material
• Natural changes in color, texture, or shine over time
• Normal wear and tear from use
• Indirect losses or extra costs for transport and assembly, if the defect is not covered
