How does this campaign work?

If you took our online mattress diagnosis, you automatically receive 10% off the model recommended for you. The code is generated based on your answers and is valid for 10 days after you receive the recommendation.

Is the code applicable to any mattress?

No. The discount only applies to the model recommended in your diagnosis result.

I already did the diagnosis but didn't receive the code. What now?

Check your inbox (and the spam folder). If you still haven't found it, get in touch with us — we can resend it.

Are the discounted prices already applied?

Yes. During promotional or sale campaigns, discounted prices are already visible on the site — you don't need to enter a code.

Do products on promotion keep the normal conditions?

Of course. All products on promotion maintain the same delivery, return, and warranty conditions.

Does the discount apply to all products?

Can campaigns end earlier?

Yes. Campaigns are subject to limited stock, so they may end before the indicated date if the covered products run out.
