How to buy from us?

You only need to make your usual purchase at one of the participating stores.
Add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Among the different payment methods in the store, you may find one or more of the payment methods offered by Svea as a financial entity, with SeQura as the platform or technology provider.

How does this payment method work?

The "Flexi" is a combination of several payment methods offered by Svea through the SeQura technology platform, where you can choose to pay your purchase over 3 months with no interest or fees, or pay over 6, 9, or 12 months with a financial cost.

In any case, select and choose the payment method you prefer at checkout, enter your ID card number and mobile phone number, and pay the first installment at that moment. The other payments will be made automatically each month on your card, and we will send you a receipt by email.

Is there any cost?

If you chose to pay in 3 months with no costs, Svea partners with stores to make it completely free for you. If we say "free," it really is free. However, although rare, you might find a store that cannot offer this free service, in which case there will be a one-time opening fee payable with the first installment. If this is the case, the "opening fee" will be clearly visible during the process, with no hidden traps.

If you chose to pay over 6 or more months, this payment method has no interest but has a fixed cost per installment, depending on the order value.

How are the installments paid?

Installment payments are automatically charged each month to the card you used for the first payment of the purchase. As always, you will receive an email confirming this operation and the accepted contractual terms.

How do I change the billing card?

You just need to access your user account, go to the corresponding purchase, and click the "Change" link found next to the card number used for installment payments (top right corner).
As always, all changes are free and without penalties, but you will see that we charge €1 on the new card to validate it, which will be refunded to the same card.
