If your order arrived with issues, we're here to help. There are two types of situations: visible damage and hidden damage. Visible damage at the time of delivery If you see that the packaging is damaged, refuse the delivery and write this on the carrier's form. Are the orders insured?

What should I do at the time of delivery?
As soon as you receive the order, you become responsible for it. Therefore: • Check the number of delivered packages. If anything is missing, note it on the carrier's receipt.• If you see any damage to the packaging, refuse the delivery immediately and write it on the receipt.
