Shipping policy

At Budwing, we want the delivery process to be simple, clear, and without surprises. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery times, conditions, and shipping costs.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

✔️ All shipments are made from our warehouse directly to the address provided at checkout.
✔️ Shipping costs are already included in the final amount shown before you complete the purchase.

When completing your order, always review the products, quantities, address, and contacts. The total price includes:

  • Selected products;

  • Applicable shipping costs;

  • VAT and any additional fees.


2. AVAILABLE DELIVERY TYPES

Standard delivery – Ground floor exterior (included)

Delivery to the main door of the building or house (ground floor).

Important: We do not deliver to upper floors, inside buildings, or areas with limited access (such as courtyards or pedestrian zones). The carrier does not use cranes or pulleys.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access to the delivery location. If delivery is not possible due to access limitations, you may request cancellation, but return costs or crane rental fees will be your responsibility.


Indoor delivery – Room of your choice (25 €)

The product is delivered inside the house, in the room you specify.
This service can be added on the product page.


Delivery with assembly (50 €)

Includes:

  • Delivery to a room of your choice;

  • On-site product assembly.
    The service can be added on the product page and will be performed by a specialized team.

❗ If no one is present at the location at the scheduled time for the services, a 40 € travel fee will be applied.


3. DELIVERY TIMES AND AREAS

We deliver to the following European countries:

  • Portugal – including Mainland Portugal, Madeira Island, and São Miguel Island (Azores);

  • Spain – including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands;

  • France – entire continental territory;

  • Italy – including continental territory and Italian islands;

  • Germany – entire continental territory;

  • Belgium – entire national territory;

  • Netherlands – entire national territory.

⏱️ Average delivery times:

  • Shipping in 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and product.

  • Deliveries are made on business days, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m..

  • Different products may have different delivery times (see cart).

During promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday), delivery times may be delayed.


4. ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING

If you benefit from free shipping (due to a campaign or minimum amount) and choose to return the order for reasons not attributable to Budwing, a charge corresponding to the actual shipping costs will be deducted.


5. AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

When you receive your order:

  • Check if the number of packages matches what is indicated on the carrier’s delivery note;

  • In case of issues, note everything on the delivery note (mandatory for any claim);

  • If you see the packaging is damaged, refuse delivery immediately.

⚠️ If someone else receives the order for you, it is your responsibility to ensure these checks are made.


6. DAMAGED PRODUCT OR WRONG ITEM EXCHANGE

If the product is damaged or does not match the order:

  1. Refuse delivery and state the reason on the delivery note;

  2. Contact us by email: info@budwing.com or WhatsApp (+351) 964 589 587;

  3. Includes order number and photos (product, packaging, and damage, if applicable).


7. INVOICING AND VAT

  • For private customers: prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal (23%).

  • For companies with a valid intra-community operator number, the invoice will be issued without VAT (exempt under EU legislation).


8. SAFE SHIPPING GUARANTEE

All our orders are 100% insured against loss or damage during transport.
If anything happens during shipping, we guarantee replacement or compensation as appropriate.


9. ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

Want to cancel or change your order?

  • Contact us by email or WhatsApp (only valid channels);

  • We can only make changes before dispatch;

  • After shipping, return conditions apply.
