EXPAND - Remove the protective bag and let the mattress expand. You can use it already, but it may take between 48 to 72 hours to fully expand, regain its original shape, and reach ideal comfort. For best results, let it rest in a well-ventilated room during this period.

O colchão é muito confortável, não é nem demasiado duro nem mole. Desde a primeira noite que dormimos bem (e esperámos as 72h recomendadas). Antes não sabia que realmente estava a precisar de um bom colchão assim, porque fez uma grande diferença no sono. E admito que se não fosse a chamada telefónica, a conversa e o profissionalismo da Sofia Mendes, não tinha arriscado comprar o colchão sem o experimentar. A loja física faz falta, mas a Sofia conseguiu mostrar-me por palavras a solução que eu própria estava a precisar, de uma forma clara, sincera e profissional, sugerindo este modelo de colchão. Por isso recomendo mesmo o serviço e este modelo de colchão hybridsense.
Mas há sempre aspetos a melhorar: deviam ter agendado a entrega com alguns dias de antecedência em vez de ligarem apenas no dia da entrega, e o cheiro inicial do colchão (a plásticos, não sei explicar bem) é um pouco desagradável, mas acaba por passar.
